Crispy Tandoori Pakora With Tandoori Chatni Recipe


Ingredients:

Prepare Spicy Tandoori Chatni:

  • ½ Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Cup Dahi (Yogurt)
  • 2 Spoon Tandoori masala
  • ½ Spoon lal mirch (red chili) powder 
  • 1 pinchNamak (Salt) 
  • 2 Spoon Lemon juice 
  • 1 Spoon of Cooking oil
  • ¼ Spoon Orange food color tsp
  • Koyla (Charcoal) for smoke

Prepare Green Chatni:

  • Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) handful
  • Podina (Mint leaves) handful
  • Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 4-5
  • Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp 
  • Hari mirch (Green chilies) 7-8 
  • Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
  • Lemon juice 2-3 tbs
  • Water ¼ Cup or as required

Prepare Crispy Tandoori Pakoray:


  • Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 Cup
  • Gajar (Carrot) grated 1 Cup
  • Band gobhi (Cabbage) shredded 1 & ½ Cup
  • Aloo (Potato) julienne 2 medium
  • Hari pyaz (Spring onion) chopped ½ Cup
  • Hari mirch (Green chili) sliced 1 spoon
  • Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2-3 spoon
  • Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 2 spoon 
  • Tandoori masala 1 spoon
  • Baking soda ½ spoon
  • Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 spoon
  • Namak (Salt) 1 Spoon
  • Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) crushed 1 spoon
  • Baisan (Gram flour) sifted 2 & ½ Cups
  • Water ½ Cup or as required 
  • Cooking oil for frying
  • Assembling:
  • Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 
  • Nimco sev
  • Peanuts roasted 
  • Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed 


Directions Prepare Spicy Tandoori Chatni:

In a bowl, add mayonnaise, yogurt, tandoori masala, Kashmiri red chili powder, salt, and lemon juice & whisk well.
In a saucepan, add cooking oil, prepared sauce, and orange food color, mix well & cook for a minute.
Turn off the flame & give coal smoke for 2 minutes.
Let it cool & set it aside. 
Prepare Green Chutney:
In a jug, add fresh coriander, mint leaves, garlic, cumin seeds, green chilies, salt, lemon juice, and water, blend well & set aside.
 

Directions Prepare Crispy Tandoori Pakoray:

In a bowl, add onion, carrot, cabbage, potato, spring onion, green chillI, fresh coriander, ginger garlic paste, tandoori masala, baking soda, cumin seeds, salt, and coriander seeds & mix well.
Add gram flour & mix until well combined. 
Gradually add water & mix well.
In a wok, heat cooking oil & fry on medium flame until golden & crispy.


Assembling:

On fried fritters, add yogurt, prepared spicy tandoori chutney, prepared green chutney,nimco, peanuts, and red chili crushed & serve!
